These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Awaken ("the app", "we", "us"), a real-life fitness RPG. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Awaken helps you build fitness habits through quests, workout programs and a progression system. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You may create an account with an email and password or by using Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Awaken provides general fitness and motivational content and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You use the workouts and suggestions at your own risk.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app: open Profile → Delete Account and confirm. This cannot be undone. You may also email us to request deletion.
Awaken lets you set a public display name ("Hunter name") and profile picture that appear on the global leaderboard to other players. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to use them and that they are not offensive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, illegal, or infringing on anyone's rights. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. We filter names for offensive terms and may remove any name or picture and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can report an inappropriate name or picture from within the leaderboard, and we aim to review reports and act within 24 hours. You control your own presence: you can change or remove your name and picture, or hide yourself from the leaderboard entirely, at any time in Profile.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms the service or other users.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
